Statistic: 1,160 trademarks have been registered by the Iranian TM Office

According to a statistical report published yesterday by the Iran's State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties, Director General for Industrial Property Office has pointed out that one thousand and a hundred sixty trademarks have been registered by the (Iranian) Trademark Office in Khordad of this year (from 21 to 20 May). He stated that one thousand and thirty one(1,031) trademarks have been applied by the domestic applicants and the rest equals to the one hundred twenty nine related to foreign applicants.

As far as the industrial designs are concerned, he has added that the total number of industrial designs registered by both domestic and foreign applicants in the same month, is also equal to one hundred and twenty four and eleven respectively.  

He has also added that four hundred and thirty one patents has been issued for the Iranian inventors at the same month.

He has finally mentioned that total applications for trademark registrations the Trademark office has been received from both domestic and foreign applicants is 1,743 and 132 respectively.
